Approval and profile

Complete profiles with a photo are approved within 24 hours; if yours has taken longer, it may be incomplete or on the waiting list for your region. Premium subscribers get priority review.

The waiting list exists to keep a balance between Sugar Babies and Sugar Daddies in each region. Activation depends on your city, your interests and the details you provided, and new Sugar Babies are let in as new Sugar Daddies sign up. Every review is done by people, based on the Terms and Conditions of Use.

While you wait:

1. Confirm your email with the link we sent.
2. Complete your profile with clear photos and texts that follow the rules.
3. Watch this video about the waiting list (in Portuguese).

If your profile follows the rules, it’s approved as soon as a spot opens up in your region.

Yes. Fix whatever led to the rejection and ask support for a new review.

1. Reread the rules for photos and texts.
2. Replace the photos that don’t follow the rules and adjust your descriptions.
3. Write to us through the form at the bottom of this page with your sign-up email and ask for a new review.

When support grants the second chance, your profile goes back to Edit Mode. Log in at app.meupatrocinio.com, review your texts, add new photos, including at least one clear photo of your face, and tap “Resend for approval”. There is no fixed timeline for the new review.

Edit Mode means that a photo or description on your profile doesn’t follow the rules. Review your profile and send it for approval again.

1. Log in to your account at app.meupatrocinio.com.
2. Review your texts and fix anything that breaks the text rules.
3. Tap “Add Public Photo” and upload new photos.
4. Tap “Resend for approval”.

Photos need to be sharp and show your whole face, with no filters that change how you look. Images from the internet, blurry photos or photos with your face cut off are rejected. To keep a Sugar Baby profile active, you need at least one public photo showing your face.

Every photo is checked by someone on our team and is rejected when it breaks the Terms and Conditions of Use or was uploaded twice.

Photos are rejected when they:

• are fake, show celebrities or other people, or are protected by copyright;
• show children or anyone under 18;
• contain nudity, underwear, sexual content or anything illegal;
• show weapons or encourage violence in any way;
• show only landscapes, animals or objects, without you;
• include a phone number, contact details or screenshots from other social networks.

To be approved, a photo needs good resolution and has to show your face clearly, uncropped and with no filter that alters it. Swimwear is fine in the right setting, like a beach or a pool. A Sugar Daddy can use photos of his lifestyle, as long as he appears in them and can be recognized.

Every change to your profile, photo or text, is reviewed by our team before other members can see it. This usually takes up to 72 hours.

Until the review is done, other members keep seeing the previous version of your profile. If the change follows the Terms and Conditions of Use, it’s approved and goes live. If it doesn’t, check the rules for photos and texts before sending it again.

If more than 72 hours have passed, write to us through the form at the bottom of this page with your account email.

No personal contact details, sexual content, prejudice, insults or any mention of prostitution or escorting. Our team reads every description before it goes live.

Texts are rejected when they:

• are shorter than 6 characters (usernames can be as short as 4);
• include a username, link or phone number from another social network, or bank details;
• have sexual or pornographic content;
• show prejudice based on origin, race, sex, sexual orientation, skin color, age or religion;
• use offensive or abusive language or encourage violence;
• suggest solicitation, prostitution or escort services.

Anyone who breaks these rules may have their profile suspended without notice.

It depends on which side you’re on. A Sugar Baby appears in search with her face showing: it’s a rule, and she needs at least one public photo of her face to keep her profile active.

A Sugar Daddy doesn’t have to. If he’s well known, or simply doesn’t want his face out there, he keeps his photos in a private album and shares them in the conversation, one person at a time. A Sugar Baby also has her own private album, with photos that aren’t on her profile, to show to whoever she chooses.

Either way, the photos must be of you and follow the photo rules.

A Sugar Baby sends a selfie holding a piece of paper that says “MeuPatrocínio”, and our team checks that she’s the same person as in her profile photos. If she passes, she gets the green “V” for Verified Profile.

The badge shows Sugar Daddies that her photos are real and her profile is genuine. To start, open your account menu and tap “Verify your profile”, or use the “Start Verification” button shown to anyone who doesn’t have the badge yet. The review takes up to 48 hours. The badge is tied to the verified photo: if that photo is deleted from the profile, the verification goes with it.

Verification is optional for joining the site. It’s different from the document that support may ask for on a suspended account.

If you paid by card, your profile is approved within a few hours; with a boleto, after the bank clears the payment.

• Boleto (Brazilian bank slip): clearing can take up to 72 hours.
• Credit card: you may get an email asking for a copy of the cardholder’s ID and CPF (Brazilian taxpayer number), front and back. Reply to that same email with the documents. It’s an extra check to protect the payment and your data.

Express Approval is a one-time fee. It doesn’t renew and doesn’t expire.
